Pole dancing lessons are full of many different types of people with different backgrounds and motivations.
You shouldn’t let any thoughts you had previously put you off the idea of pole dancing lessons. They are a fully recognised form of exercise so don’t let any of your previous thoughts put you off. They are extremely effective in helping you get fitter and very fun as well. If you go you will find the facilities well lit and very clean.

While you are having fun you will also be getting stronger. You will spend most of your pole dancing lessons working on the pole which makes for a resistance workout. You will strengthen your upper and lower body and you will quickly see the difference.
If you haven’t done these lessons before then you will be tired and out of breath after you first few sessions. This is something that you will have to accept because they are aerobic and anaerobic exercises. After a few classes you will be able to cope with it much better.
